Find your ballot
Enter your California address. We use the U.S. Census Geocoder to find your
congressional district, state senate district, state assembly district, and
county. Your address goes to the Census API and nowhere else — we don't log
or store it. The results stay in your browser's localStorage so you can
revisit later.
What we show on a personalized ballot
- All 8 statewide ballot measures (everyone votes on these)
- All 12 statewide races (everyone votes on these)
- Your U.S. House, State Senate, and State Assembly district — with the certified filers in each race
- Your county's local races (judges, supervisors, special districts)
Honest limits
-
We have rich bios only for the ~100 statewide profiled candidates. For
the legislative-district filers, we have name and party from the
California Secretary of State, not bios.
-
Local race coverage varies by county. Larger counties have judicial,
supervisor, and special-district races; small counties may only have
judicial filings on Ballotpedia.
-
If the geocoder can't match your address, try a more complete form
(street number + street + city + zip).
