Background

Biography. Sparks graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in journalism and French in 1988, an M.A. in health communication and aging in 1993, and a Ph.D. in the same field in 1998. As of her 2020 campaign, her professional experience included working as a professor and researcher. [1]
